Foundational Coaching Engagement
The Foundation engagement is a catalyst for transformative change and the foundation of the coaching journey.
Discover who you've become, where you are now, the themes driving your life, your Strengths and core values that guide your perspective, priorities and create (or stall) action. With newfound awareness, create ease and momentum to develop into the person you're called to become and have the impact you're meant to have.
As a Coach, I support you with a steady grounding presence inviting both compassion and action. Use your sessions for a skilled sounding board, problem solving, growth and accountability. Gain confidence and courageously create the real change you want in your life or business.
This engagement includes up to 10 one on one private sessions to be used over a three month period. After the foundational three months, if we both feel the support is transformational and aligned with your goals and desired new reality, we can customize a path of support to continue transforming your business, professional or personal success.
Included:
(Introductory Fit session)
Month 1, Discovery:
1. Discovery Session One (up to 2.5 hours): Your Web of Life
2. Discovery Session Two (up to 2.5 hours): Your Core Values
3. Strengths session: 34 CliftonStrengths profile, custom reports and understanding
Months 2 and 3:
4. Up to 6 (70 minutes) coaching sessions
5. A longer "Laser session" for a deeper dive topic or energetic shift
6. Weekday personal support via email, text or short check in calls
Optional:
-Substitute the Laser session for a custom Reiki and essential oil protocol experience to remove energetic blocks, nourish boundaries and clarify your growth process
-Custom Essential oil blend
-A discounted Winter Reflection Retreat seat (Held virtually or in person in Oregon annually in January or February)
Sessions must be redeemed within 4 months and the discount on the retreat seat is valid for the season following your last session.
